Construction Management Services:

Once pricing is established, work begins on actual construction. LCC and its qualified list of subcontractors, will discuss job procedures, costs and scheduling. LCC will continue to manage and supervise these items throughout the project.

Post-Construction Services:

Project completion and building acceptance is the final step in any project. LCC reviews each subcontractor’s work in the field and in the office for completeness and quality before final payment is issued. This insures all contract obligations have been satisfied.

  • Prepare and complete the Punch List
  • Provide a Certificate of Completion
  • Assist in Owner move-in
  • Provide “as built” drawings
  • Submission of guarantees and warranties
  • Turn over of spare parts and materials
